Pennsylvania Bowhunter Education Program
Presented by the PENNSYLVANIA GAME COMMISSION at select locations across the state. Each course is limited to 30 participants so early registration is essential.

* DOUBLE YOUR SUCCESS: Graduates of the course show a 25% success rate compared to non-graduates that only achieve 11.4% success.

* ALL SKILL LEVELS PROFIT:
ADVANCED BOWHUNTERS: Come learn New tricks and share your experience. This is an interactive course where everyone can contribute and everyone can learn. Put something back into the sport you love!
JUST STARTING OUT: Learn and discuss Shot placement, Hunting techniques, Equipment options, Tree stand use, Bowhunter ethics, Hands on tracking, Hunting stories, Shoot your bow, and more.

* PRESERVE BOWHUNTING: Graduates tend to act more responsibly and present a more positive public image which influences the non-hunting public to help preserve the sport for Bowhunters and their children.

* REQUIRED: The IBEP (International Bowhunter Education Program) is the curriculum used in the PA Bowhunter Ed Program. Proof of successfully completing the course is required to Bowhunt in many other states and countries and the number is growing all the time. Certain municipalities, military installations, and private hunts in PA already require it.
